Aimy Sitemap v40.0 allows to fine-tune how images should be handled by the crawler, comes with a Japanese translation and keeps Emojis as-are by default (PRO feature).
"Include Images" Crawler Option
The crawler option now allows fine-tuning: choose among "Yes", "Ignore HTML image elements" and "No images at all".

"Remove Emojis?" HTML Sitemap Option
The HTML sitemap option had a default value of "Yes, leading". As the implementation relies on a somewhat recent PCRE library version which seems to be missing in some hosting environments, the default value has been set to "No".
Enable the option manually if needed.
