Aimy Video Embedder v21.1 improves support for embedding YouTube videos and enhances video placeholder accessibility (PRO).
Improved YouTube Video Embedding
Aimy Video Embedder now sets a "referrerpolicy" attribute with the value of "strict-origin-when-cross-origin" on the YouTube iframe to make sure videos can be embedded even on websites that in general use a stricter policy.
Enhanced Video Placeholder Accessibility
The video container generated by Aimy Video Embedder now contains a button that wraps both placeholder text and image. This way consent to load the videos can be triggered using the keyboard only as the button is tabbable.
If you customized the look of the placeholder using CSS, please check whether changes are necessary.
